Terms of sale and booking

Prices and payment

All prices are in Norwegian kroner incl. 25 % VAT. You can pay by card (Stripe), Vipps, PayPal or gift card. The amount is charged when the order is confirmed.

Delivery

Pick-up in the salon: free. We will let you know when your items are ready.
Shipping: kr 79,- with Posten/Bring, free on orders over kr 799,-. Normal delivery time 2–5 working days.

Discount codes and gift cards

Discount codes apply to products and cannot be combined with other codes. Gift cards are valid for 3 years, can be used in the salon and the web shop, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Norwegian law from the day you receive the goods. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Contact us at post@duestien-klippotek.no.

Booking

Appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before on My page. For later cancellations or no-shows we may charge 50 % of the treatment price. Products added to a booking are paid for in the salon.

Complaints

The complaint period is two years under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act.
