Controller
The landlord/manager listed on the contact page is the controller for personal data processed in this service.
Data we process
- Name, contact details and date of birth
- Tenancy, invoices and payments
- Service requests, messages and documents
- Technical logs (IP address, time) for security
Purposes and legal basis
Data is used to perform the tenancy agreement (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)), to meet legal obligations such as bookkeeping (art. 6(1)(c)) and for legitimate interests such as security (art. 6(1)(f)).
Payment providers
When you pay, necessary data is shared with Vipps MobilePay AS, Getswish AB, Stripe and PayPal under their own terms.
Retention
Accounting records are kept as required by bookkeeping law. Other data is deleted when no longer needed.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability, and you can download your data in the resident portal. You may complain to your data protection authority.
